Kelly Coughlan

Kelly Coughlan, M.A., is the Senior Career Manager in the Office of Career Services in the Costello College of Business at George Mason University. Kelly is a certified coach with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas (Minneapolis) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She has extensive experience in career counseling and workforce development in a variety of settings including non-profits and government. She is passionate about motivating and supporting individuals through the job search process. Kelly enjoys facilitating career workshops, creating curriculum, and providing one-on-one support in all areas of career development, particularly LinkedIn! She enjoys working with people of diverse professional and life backgrounds.
