With more than 30 dining locations across our campuses, some open 24 hours, hungry Mason students have the flexibility to eat what they want when they want.
Ike’s dining hall, located at President Park is open 24/7.
Resident Dining Experiences
Experience a culinary journey at our resident dining locations: Southside, Ike's, The Globe, and The Spot. These all-you-care-to-eat dining halls offer diverse stations, including Chef's table, grain and salad, grill, deli, pasta and pizza, Simple Servings, dessert, and more. Don't miss our monthly events with specialty menus like fresh seafood boils or Super Mario Bros-themed dinners. We proudly support local farms, ensuring the freshest produce while fostering community and sustainability. Join us for exceptional dining experiences.
Simple Servings – George Mason University was featured as one of the top 100 Allergy-Friendly Colleges in 2023! The Simple Servings station avoids peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk, eggs, and gluten. There is also a separate fridge for cold condiments, desserts, and bread options.
Halal Options- Look for our Halal labels! Meat served at our Simple Servings is certified halal, just check the label. If you do not see Halal options available, find a staff member. There are always hot meals available upon request!
The Mason Mench Kosher Cart – Find hot, Kosher meals served in Southside from the Kosher Cart. To make sure the kashrut status of food is maintained, Mason Dining partnered with a local mashgiach who will be supervising food under Kosher standards.

Mason Dining offers a variety of meal plans to fit your lifestyle.

Most meal plans include Dining Dollars, which George Mason students can use to enjoy meals at any commercial dining venue on campus. You can also use this order food using Starship Robots and Grubhub. A minimum amount of Dining Dollars is included in each meal plan, but you always have the option to add more if you run out. Plans also include swipes, used to enter the all-you-care-to-eat dining halls. Guest meal swipes are also included, which you can use to buy lunch for visiting friends and family.
The Everyday app allows you to see the menu before you go into the dining hall.
Retail Dining Experiences
Mason's campuses feature a variety of dining choices, from Starbucks to Blaze Pizza, from The Halal Guys to Chick-fil-A.
The Fairfax Campus dining map guides you to that essential smoothie, burger, or falafel. Our restaurant list with hours of operation will tell you when and where you can indulge in a treat on all our campuses. Pull up a seat and have something to eat.
All locations accept Dining Dollars including Starship delivery and Grubhub.
