George Mason University's Student Health Services (SHS) is committed to delivering comprehensive healthcare tailored to the diverse needs of our students. Located conveniently on campus, SHS provides a range of medical services, including primary care, preventive screenings, mental health support, and specialized care, which are all designed to promote student well-being and academic success.

We are committed to our students' holistic development and prioritize access to professional mental health and counseling services. The Counseling and Psychological Services Center (CAPS) is available to assist students with personal, interpersonal, or academic concerns at no cost and with no impact on the student's academic record. Patriots also have 24/7 access to TimelyCare, a virtual mental health and well-being platform designed specifically for college students.
